Upgrading website presence should not be scary, from either an operational or investment perspective. If you’re a small-business owner and you simply don’t have the time to think about your digital marketing assets right now, make it a priority in 2013—put upgrading and enhancing your web presence at the top of your New Year’s resolution list now. Or risk further disintermediation by big box retailers like Costco and online retailers like Amazon. It’s time to get the web working for you!
