SMBs will have as many technologies which had been built for the enterprise market can move downstream to the SMB market. He noted a couple of interesting companies. No doubt there are loads of potential applications SMBs could leverage today.
The challenge of course is reaching the SMB in an fashion that manages the sales costs and implementation risks. We’ll now see if true sales force transformation is really ready for prime time as the U.S. economy continues it’s gradual improvement and more and more SMBs demand an authentic sales interaction.
